In Ohio are donations to my grandchildren's 529 plan allowed as a credit and/or deduction?

    Yes. If you are an Ohio taxpayer, you are eligible to deduct up to $​4,000 of contributions per beneficiary, per year from your State of Ohio taxable income, with unlimited carryforward.
