Ohio Form SD-100

Ohio form SD-100 says entry needs checked but it's saying the issue is on a box that has nothing else in the row. All of my info is on the row 1 is accurate and no other rows have anything in them and its saying the issue is in row 8 in the box 1 wages, tips and compensation column. I leave it blank and it still says there's an issue. I type 0 and it still says there's an issue. I select to print and file this form by mail and it still wont let me accept and file my federal and state returns and there's no option to print the form. I already paid to file my returns but now it wont let me because of this.
