I moved to Ohio in July 2019. Turbo tax is indicating all state tax payments will be refunded and I do not think this is right or could it be? I moved to Akron and I was told there is a city tax. Is that correct and can Turbo tax file that form for me?

Since we in the Community cannot see your tax return, we could not say whether or not it is right that all your Ohio withholding is being refunded. If you would like an agent to review your review, please look into adding TurboTax Live to your Online product.

As for your Ohio city taxes, the answer is yes for cities covered by RITA or CCA. Please read Irene's response here.
