Indiana and Ohio have a reciprocal agreement, so you pay state tax to the state in which you live, Ohio.

Local governments, such as counties do not abide by the agreement.

If you owe local tax, that is usually collected by the state on a state tax return.

TurboTax supports some, but not all, local tax returns.

To clarify, was the local tax withheld on your W-2 and did you enter that?

What is the Indiana county in question?

Did you look at the Indiana return to see if the county return was included and if yea, how much tax was calculated?

HERE is a link that explains how to look at your Online tax return.

Figured it out, When Turbo Tax scanned my W2 it listed the Tax paid to Indiana as Ohio. Correcting the state fixed the issue.
