Ok so I used my federal income tax to pay my state taxes. But now i received my income tax return and the state taxes are trying to come out of my bank account

There is no option to pay state taxes owed with your Federal refund. They are two separate agencies. Your State taxes owed will come out of the bank account that you enter when you filed your return.
