Oklahoma non-resident tax from

The Oklahoma non-resident tax form (511NR) asks me to  list my state of residence, but I live overseas full time.  Turbotax put a default value of "FC" is this box.  Is this correct?  Does this perhaps stand for "Foreign Country"?

    Yes. FC is foreign county. TurboTax will use this if you do not choose a state in the Oklahoma section.
