I have TurboTax Home & Business 2023. How do I claim the Oklahoma parental choice tax credit? I do not see an option for it. We are homeschooling our two girls.

The credit was not in effect for tax year 2023, but it starts in tax year 2024.

(A) Pursuant to 70 O.S. §28-101(C)(1)(a) for the tax year 2024 and subsequent tax years, if an Oklahoma taxpayer incurs or will incur a qualified expense on behalf of an eligible student during the tax year, the taxpayer may be eligible to claim the private school tax credit.
