Oklahoma state tax refund lower this year for me

I am on social security and retired. I had refund for filling jointly last year but this year I don't have any refund from Oklahoma state with same income like last year. I had 1099 R for RMD and 1099 INT but no state tax withhold on the 1099 R forms.  I had refund of 1000 $ last year and this year only 80 $.

Is there new rule in Oklahoma now? I don't know if I am not getting standard deduction for filling jointly in Oklahoma anymore.

Thanks

Did you receive any special state tax credits in 2019?  But also check your 2020 data entry for any typos, especially commas and decimals.  Then look at 2019 and 2020 side by side.  Something may stand out.
