I am retired and live in Washington, State. We only file Federal Taxes as  WA State has no state taxes.

Last year, 2023, we received from Amazon, a claim settlement for temp work that I did for Amazon in Oregon some years ago. We received a form OMB-1545-0008 from the claims settlement fund for income received in Oregon ( which does have a state tax) ) I purchased from Intuit, an Oregon State tax reporting form, however, there is no allocation for reporting this " income" on this state tax form??

Help please and thank you

Yes, OMB-1545-0008 is the document number for the IRS version of Form W-2, so you should be able to enter this form in the W-2 section of TurboTax.

To edit your W-2 in TurboTax Online:

    1. Open you return.
    2. Select Federal, then Wages & Income.
    3. To the right of Job (W-2), select Edit/ Add.
    4. Expand the section by selecting the down arrow to the right
    5. Select Add W-2.
    6. Enter your W-2 information here, then select Continue.
    7. Select Continue to return to the Wages & Income screen.

When you do your Oregon Non-resident tax return, the wages and state income tax withheld will transfer to your state return.
