On my Virginia state return, TurboTax asks the question "Was I an eligible Virginia educator?", however it does not advance after clicking Continue. What should I do?

This is under the Eligible Virginia Educator section of the Virginia state return.

I am having the same issue. I tried on both my laptop in Chrome, and on the Turbo Tax app. The same page just keeps reloading asking if my spouse was an eligible Virginia educator.

Can you try this again and let us know if it is still an issue? I just used the Online product Chrome under Win 11 on my laptop, and did not have a problem. Because there were updates to Virginia on 3/1/23, I want to see if this was addressed before pursuing this.

Did anyone get this to work? It's 4/10 and I'm having problems. After 40 minutes yesterday with TurboTax they told me to try again and see if it was a glitch. Guess I'll use another product.
