If you were a Missouri resident the entire year, and did not work or earn money in Illinois, you need to file an Illinois nonresident tax return to get a refund for the taxes paid to Illinois.

Once you've finished putting your information into TurboTax, you need to add an Illinois return to TurboTax in the "State" section.
