Oregon Box 14

Hello, 

I see a few things listed in box 14 that I don't actually know what it means and how to categorize them.

    You need to ask your employer. 

     

    Box 14 is used by your employer to communicate something to you about your income and deferrals. There is little standardization for Box 14 (the IRS doesn't set any definitions, and a few have become standardized, sort of, on the state level).

     

    It would be faster and more certain for you to contact your HR/payroll department and just ask them.

     

    If a box 14 entry doesn't match any category, you can generally enter "Other".
