Oregon Itemized Return line 16 OR-40

Turbotax isn't transferring the number from OR-A line 23 into the OR-40 on my 2020 return. I'm seeing a zero despite form Schedule OR-A being filled out in the software. This worked successfully last year and not sure what is going on. No value is generated regardless of taking the federal itemized or standard deduction. How do I solve this?

I tried with a standard on federal and OR then I switched to itemized for the state. The program responded like it should. The 40 line 16 is pulling from OR A line 23 for me.
