It appears that the Oregon 2023 Kicker fund does not get included in the Refund Total when using the Online Premium version of Turbo Tax. After completing the Federal Tax portion, and State through the income section, my Refund was at $716/$1337. When calculating the Oregon Kicker, the calculation was $2921. The Refund numbers Did Not change. As this is the online version, I'm unable to see the tax forms.

It is included, and you can preview your federal return and your state tax summaries, use the instructions here Preview Form 1040; you will be able to click on the Oregon summary from the left side menu when you are viewing the federal 1040. You will see the credit on the state summary. Without the credit, you would have owed Oregon $1584. You can remove the credit to verify, and then add it back.

The amount was already included in the refund amount.
