Due to family death we received a federal Schedule K-1 form 1041 and a Oregon Schedule OR-K-1.  We live FT in WA and have no income in OR.  Filed the federal Schedule K-1 form 1041 with no problem.  As full time Non-Resident in OR do we need to file a tax return with Oregon.

OR-K-1 shows Line 9 (long-term gain (loss) Oregon column as -$ amount 10000 and line 15 as federal column 3000 Oregon column as 3000

You do not need to file a non-resident Oregon income tax return if your Oregon-sourced income is below the thresholds listed here: Do I need to file? This would include pass-through income reported on Schedule OR-K-1.

However, if the K-1 shows negative income and/or only credits, you would have no income to report.
