Oregon State Income Tax and Living in WA

Usually, I work in Oregon state and live in WA state and have always gone into work in OR.  In 2020, due to Covid, starting the middle of March, we had to start working from home so I spent 9 1/2 months working instead at my home in WA.  My work was still taking Oregon state income tax out of my paychecks though when they were actually supposed to change it so that I didn't have to pay those anymore due to working from home in WA.  So, for all of those months that I worked from home in WA, I was still paying the OR state tax.  On my W-2, it just has that total amount I paid for OR taxes and so I need to find out how I can get that money back from Oregon state that I paid for taxes during the 9 1/2 months that I actually worked from home in WA.  I'm doing my taxes in Turbo Tax Deluxe and so how do I put this in and get that money back that I paid to OR that I actually shouldn't have?

In these cases, you will have to file a nonresident return to recover the erroneous withholdings. On the nonresident return, you'd declare earnings of the amount you earned while working IN Oregon so you can get a refund for the taxes your employer erroneously withheld.   You would also want to inform your payroll department of the error to avoid the same problem next year.

How do I file a nonresident state return?
