Hello!!
I was aware, when filing my taxes, that there would be a kicker this year 2023 for the year 2022.
On the Oregon DoR website, the numbers it claims I would receive in the kicker are larger than my overall state refund, so Im inclined to believe that the Kicker was not filled out on my form.
I was a taxpaying resident in Oregon for 2022, how would I go about amending my tax return so that I can claim the 2023 kicker?
