oregon tax payment for real propery conveyance
i am not a resident of Oregon and i am selling our parents house that i received as an inheritance. oregon wants to with hold tax and i would like to know how i can avoid that

That question should be directed toward your closing agent.
The worst case would be the tax is withheld and you have to file a nonresident return to get a refund.
