So, this is my first time filing Oregon state tax and I'm having some trouble finding info TurboTax is asking for. Does anyone know what line #'s this information can be found from on the 2022 OR-40 form?

If 2023 is your first time filing for Oregon, then you would enter 0 as you would not have had a tax liability or any credits in 2022.

However, if you did file for 2022, your tax liability for refundable credits would be on your OR-40 line 31 and your refundable credits would be on line 38
