Over charged for state filing

Hi

 

The turbo tax app stated that the e-file charge is $20 and I had a credit for $10 , so the total charge is $10.

 

 

When I logged-in to pay, I was charged $15.

 

 

How can I get a refund for the difference ?

    Sorry, but the State base e-filing charge goes up to $25 on March 1st. 

    It has done so now for many years, so that isn't anything new to experienced TTX desktop software users.

     

    Not sure you can do anything about that...except be sure to e-file before March 1st next year.
