PA is imposing a penalty due to a sale of home in another state

I sold a home in NJ but when I do my PA return, it is imposing a penalty due to not pre-paying state tax. How can this be correct? I didn't sell the home until Oct.

Thank you for responding. While going back over the return, it seems I might have missed something. When I completed all of the info, the penalty disappeared.

Thanks so much to people like you to help us out. Turbo Tax is great but a little frustrating when you can't make changes to add correct info.
