I am PA resident, but I worked in both PA and GA. Regarding the compensation summary page on my PA state return, under the Georgia income, do I checkmark the box that says:

"Entire amount of this income is not taxable in PA."

If you're a full-year PA resident, ALL your income is taxable by PA, including your earnings from GA.  The income you earned in GA is also taxable by GA, but you'll be able to claim a credit on your PA return for the taxes paid to GA, so you won't be double-taxed.

In TurboTax, complete your non-resident GA tax return before you do your home state PA return.  The program will calculate and apply the credit.
