PA State Tax

Despite my listing in my info sheets that I was a part time resident in PA, turbo tax calculated my taxes as if I was a full year resident. I didn't catch it and filed. How do I get this corrected?

You need to clarify what you mean by "part time resident".  In tax terminology there is no "part-time resident" category.

A part-year resident is a taxpayer who literally moves from one state to another during the tax year.  Someone who leaves home temporarily, for example to attend school in another state, generally still remains a resident of their home state for tax purposes.

I moved my principal residence from Ohio to PA mid year.

If you follow the step-by-step instructions in this TurboTax help article then your returns should be OK:
