Paid for a 2nd state, but TurboTax is requiring another payment

I had to upgrade my computer and am installing TurboTax 2022 on it. I am trying to open my tax return to look at a form that was not saved as pdf, but TurboTax will not allow me to open it until I down both states (NY and NJ). I downloaded NJ for free and paid for NY when I did my taxes earlier this year, and I have the receipt in the Intuit account page.

Using the desktop version, I keep getting a screen that says I have to buy NY and cannot find any way to enter in my order information. Any ideas?

I'm using TurboTax Premier on Windows 11.
