Part Year Resident - Delaware

Will TurboTax process a state return for Delaware for part year residents? I purchased a competitor's software and it will not process a return for a part year resident for the state of DE. Before I invest in TurboTax, I wanted to confirm if I can process the return with the software.

Delaware does not offer a part year resident return. Delaware Part-year residents may elect to file either a resident or non- resident return.

Electing to file a resident return – this option may be advantageous if, during the period of non-residency, you had no income from sources in other states and/or your only income was from Delaware.
Electing to file a non-resident return – This option may be advantageous if, during the period of non-residency, you had any income from other states or sources outside of Delaware.
