Pay my Maryhland State Taxes

I need to set up a payment agreement yo pay Maryland State taxes. Do I file the return and not make a payment at this time. Will I then get a tax bill to setup the payment agreement?

    You definitely want to file your Maryland tax return on time to avoid a late filing penalty even if you are unable to the tax due right now.

     

    Once your return is filed and processed, you can go Maryland's Online Tax Services website to set up a payment plan.
