How do I print a version of my NJ 2019 tax return that can be used to paper (mail-in) file?  Every version I try to print is the Electronic Filing version.

A New Jersey tax return that is prepared by software, such as TurboTax, does not print in the same format as the paper forms that you would fill out by hand. It prints in a format that is designed to be scanned by machine, and it has bar codes. That's the format that you mail when you paper file.

The printed tax return that you are seeing is not the electronic filing version. The actual electronic filing version is a long string of characters that can be sent directly to a computer, and is not human readable.
