Hello, I know North Carolina does not Tax PSLF, but they do tax other student loan forgiveness. When filling out the State forms with Turbo Tax, do I need to type in that I received PSLF of do I not even report it all? If I do have to report it, does the software for N.C. know not to include PSLF forgiveness in the AGI total, meaning can it distinguish between both types of student loan forgiveness?
