Received ein and bus lic in 2011 in DE but never did anything. I live in PA now. What do i do?

However, i want to try again. It will be in the same industry just different name. Do i need to get another ein for PA?

It depends -

IF you are starting an entirely new company and do not want it ties to your DE incorporated business, then you will need to get a new EIN and business license in PA. Otherwise, you can just use your DE EIN and business License and file under as the prior business but use the new name as "DBA" (doing business as). You would still need to file a DE annual report if you use the DE business license but would report the income and expenses on a PA state income tax return.
