received unemployment from another state (WI) while full time resident (MN); does Unemployment only need to show on residence state taxes (MN)?    Not Wisconsin state taxes?

Yes, your WI unemployment benefits are only taxable by MN (your state of residence).

Unless you had WI taxes withheld from those unemployment payments (or had other Wi income), you do not have to file a WI state return.

I had taxes with-held,  the 1099-G appears it was only federal income $ withheld, not any state.

I am assuming after I finish WI state taxes in turbo tax; the MN state taxes should reflect this unemployment income.    Thank you.

You are correct.  MN will tax all of your unemployment benefits.  However, as ToddL99 mentions since you didn't have WI state taxes withheld if there is no other WI income you do not need to file in WI.
