Refund of Taxes on Unemployment Repaid to Massachusetts

I received unemployment from Massachusetts.  They withheld federal and state taxes.  I repaid all of the unemployment.  My Turbotax Massachusetts return now says I did not enter my non-resident unemployment amount (which there is none) because the Massachusetts amount is zero (due to re-payment)  while the state taxes withheld is $70.00.   Is there a way around this or is it a bug?

I was not able to duplicate this situation in TurboTax. You can try a few options:

    1. Enter $1 in unemployment, or
    2. Remove your MA withholding from the 1099-G and enter it Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099. You will not be able to e-file.
      1. Type estimated taxes in Search in the upper right
      2. Click on Go to Estimated Tax Payments
      3. Scroll down to Other Income Taxes Paid in 2020
      4. Start Withholding not already entered on a W-2 or 1099
