Regarding Taxes for Remote Work
Hello,
When I filed my employment paperwork with a company based out of New Jersey last year (September 2022), I had filled out the paperwork they sent me for being a fully remote worker (living in Burbank, CA). But I found out that they were taking out NJ taxes instead of CA taxes this whole time. Now my employment has come to an end and I'm not sure what to do here or what my rights / next moves are? Can you advise, thank you.
