Still own a home in NY. Am I required to pay NYS income tax after relocating?

W-2 box 1 & 16 show same amount.

Yes. You are a New York State resident for income tax purposes if your domicile is not
New York State, but you maintain a permanent place of abode in
New York State for more than 11 months of the year and spend 184
days or more (any part of a day is a day for this purpose) in
New York State during the tax year. If you are considered to be a
resident of New York State for income tax purposes, you must file a
resident income tax return. All you income is taxable on NY return.

    This is what I've read

"You are a New York State resident if your domicile is New York State OR: you maintain a permanent place of abode in New York State for substantially all of the taxable year; andyou spend 184 days or more in New York State during the taxable year"

Would I still be able to allocate earnings by based on where there were earned? in my case from August 16th to Dec 31 2022 all my earnings were in Florida.
