I live and remotely work in OK (Oklahoma) and my company is based out of AR (Arkansas). Box 15 lists both AR and OK and boxes 16 and 17 have wage and tax information listed there for both states. I'm not sure if that's an error or what's going on, I've never encountered this situation before, even when I lived in one state and worked on-site in another. Please help, I don't want to file if this is an error.

If you were 100% remote, you should have had only Oklahoma state tax withheld.  If you worked some days in Arkansas, you may have some Arkansas withholding with corresponding wages.  If your W2 shows the full amount for both states, you definitely need to contact HR and ask them to stop Arkansas withholding.  For 2022 you would have to file a nonresident Arkansas tax return to get the withholding refunded.
