"Remove these wages". Live in NJ but work in NY. NJ wages are lower than NY/Federal.

I live in NJ and work in NY. I've gotten to the point in my NJ tax return where I can remove duplicate wages.

It says "Typically, New Jersey wages should be higher than federal wages" but I see the opposite.

 

For example I see:

Federal wages(box1): 200,000 (50,000 are from RSUs in box14)

NY wages(box16): 200,000

NJ wages(box16): 150,000

 

Should I be removing the NY wages, or the NJ wages here?
