Per my 2019 W2, I paid $4674 to City of Philly and input this into TurboTax but TT only gave me a $12 credit on line 9a of Schedule NJ-COJ.    9a is clearly a credit for taxes paid to Other Jurisdiction.    I did the return by hand with $4674 in 9a and I go from $4480 tax due per TT to a refund of $206.  I would rather complete the form in TT given that I used this product for 10 years.  2018 and previous calculations used tax paid to other jurisdiction in 9a.  Can anyone help?  Is this a coding error in TT?

Here is the weird part about this problem.

If I input $4475 into other tax paid.  TT calculates $4475 as the credit and provides a refund of $207.

If I input $4473 into other tax paid.  TT calculates $4473 as the credit and provides a refund of $205

If I input $4474 into other tax paid.  TT calculates $12 as the credit and provides NJ tax due of $4480.

Obviously a problem with TT.  So I am entitled to a refund of $206 but cant get that.  I can get a dollar less or a dollar more but not what I am entitled to receive.
