Reside in Colorado receive royalties from Texas.

I live in Colorado but receive oil and gas royalty from Texas. Do I have to claim the income on Colorado tax filing? And, do I have to a Texas taxc filing?

    You would claim it on your CO return.  Texas does not have a state income tax so you would not be able to claim it for TX.
