I have a license from Oregon but I live and work in Idaho about 340 days of the year. I do not own a home or generate income from Oregon. If I file taxes as an Idaho resident does Oregon have any claim on me? Also, if I file as an Idaho resident will I need to get Idaho license, register car, ect.?

No, you don't owe Oregon any tax if you live and work in Idaho and have no Oregon sourced income or property.    You don't have to enter your driver's license information to e-file your return.   You should get a Idaho license if that is where you live and work, but you don't need an Idaho license to file your taxes.
