retired in Georgia. No taxes in past 11 years. Do I still need to file annually if there is no change in from previous years?

    It depends.

     

    If you have retirement income in 2020 and are required to file a federal return, you would be required to file a Georgia return if your income exceeds the standard deduction and exemptions as indicated in the link below.
