Moved from Virgina into DC in March 2023. Filing DC and Virgina taxes. Virgina taxes keeps getting stopped at review smart check. The message says: Check This Entry Sch OCS (1): State Code is not a valid state for this credit. You must claim a refund by filing a DC nonresident request for refund return (D-40B). Drop down state selected is Dirstrict of Columbia.
