Should my address be the Japanese address because I moved out the US 2023 October and now live in Japan?

Use the address you want the IRS to use if they need to send you a letter or a check.

    Specifically, your mailing address should be as @xmasbaby0 described, but your "State of Residence" in the Personal Info section of TT should be "Foreign or U.S. Possession", which is the last choice in the State of Residence drop-down window.
