Should State refund

In 2021 I applied state refund to 2022 estimated tax. Should I add this state refund amount to federal income in 2022?

    It depends.  If you deducted your state and local income taxes, on Schedule A, last year and also received a state refund last year, then your state tax refund that you received from the previous year may be taxable.
