software saying I owe state tax when I do not.

Hello. the tax software is saying I owe the state of MO money from last year. What happened was there was an error on our returns that bounced back that we owed money. That was fixed and I owed nothing. I verified this by downloading my tax info from the state. How do I fix this?

TT does not update after your return has been accepted. Your account will always show the result of the return you prepared using the software. TurboTax never knows if you received your refund —or how, when or even if you paid tax due. Your proof that you paid your tax will be your own bank/credit card records.
