South Carolina requires an attached explanation for Line 1e Other Additions to Income. The SMART worksheet shows it but TurboTax does not appear to be generating the attachment.

South Carolina has rejected the efile and TurboTax states that the filing has been internally rejected by the electronic filing center. The fix is to either try transmitting again or filing by mail. Could the missing explanation be the reason and how do I bring this to Intuit's attention to resolve?
