    If you have the CD/download product, go into Forms mode and look on the left for "St Refund Wks" This is the worksheet being referred to.

     

    If you have the Online product, you won't be able to see this worksheet until you pay for the product, then you should be able to see all forms and worksheets in the Print Center.
