i keep getting the following message:

ive looked over everything and not sure how to get this fixed.

There is nothing that you need to do to fix this situation. It seems that there is something being worked on with regard to Form 4684.

Your best course of action is to check back every day or so and attempt to file your return again. Once the issue is resolved, everything should transmit correctly.
