State download
Purchased Deluxe CD version with 1 state download (I need Kansas)
When installed CD, during the update process, it installs the state of KS, without me prompting, so when I go to file my state taxes it tells me I have to download the state and gets into a loop. I tried all the fixes listed on the turbotax web sites, including uninstall, reboot reinstall, and trying the file that removes the state but get the same results. Can't file state.
Key for my product is removed
Need HELP PLEASE
