State Download not working

Have tried numerous times to download Virginia state tax.  Program goes through the process of saving and closing.  Then unpdates, the says getting state, and then stops completely at waiting for installer service.

    Please perform a manual update of your software using the steps listed here:  Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software (Basic, Deluxe, Premier, Home & Business)
