State Fee Wording Misleading

I believe Intuit is misleading the consumer to BELIEVE that they get 1 State E-File with their TT Advantage Premier. But of course, when I went to E-File BOTH Federal and 1 State, I get asked for a payment of $25 to E-File the State.

This is why consumers come to distrust Intuit - traps of wording and fine print.

Unfortunate business practice.

So sorry you experienced this issue of being surprised to find a state e-file fee.  The Desktop platform of TurboTax includes one state TAX PROGRAM, but not a free state e-file.  It does get confusing.

Users can always print and mail their state returns for no additional cost (except the cost of postage).

Thanks for your feedback, Kevin W.
