I completed my daughters tax return and went to file both federal and state. I paid for the state filing, got my email confirmation. It sent me back to efile the returns. When I clicked submit, it said I had to update first. Then the problems started. I could not get the updates to work, not even the manual update. I tried uninstalling so I could reinstall the software. No good. So I reset my computer and finally I could reinstall the software. Now I have re-entered her tax info again and now it wants ma to pay for her state filing again even though I already paid for it and it never got filed. What do I do?
